We intentionally limit bookings to 2–3 properties per week. This lets us give every property the time, editing attention, and quality control it deserves. We're not a volume service — we're a quality service.
Clear countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, make all beds, open blinds to let in natural light, remove vehicles from the driveway, and tidy the front yard. A full pre-shoot checklist is sent when you book.
The primary service area includes Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Properties outside this area may include a travel fee — just reach out and we can confirm what applies to your location.
